I spring into Spring.
I love this time of year. I get a whiff of the breath of Spring and start to get excited about life. I have a spring in my step as I spring into Spring.
All of a sudden, I have a boost of energy. I breathe in the fresh Spring air and feel exuberant. I feel the newness of it all.
I exhale the stale air of old man Winter. All that is dead is gone. That which replaces the old springs forth.
I awaken anew.
I love new beginnings. I love a clean slate. I can write anything I want on my new reality that is being born.
I see the new baby lambs frolic in the meadow. I hear the chirps of baby chicks. My favorite spring animal babies are the bunnies. I smile and know that all is right in the world.
I love to see the new buds as they push the old leaves out of the way. I love the yellow of bright tulips. I smell the hyacinths and the world becomes sweet. I take advantage of going outside and walking on new grass. I feel reborn.
I am inspired by Springtime. I feel a new sense of purpose. I feel inspiration bubbling up inside of me like a spring.
Today, I feel creative and alive. I feel like Spring has sprung within the garden of my heart.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What do I need to let go of for the new to be born?
2. What new ideas would I like to develop into a new purpose for being alive?
3. How can I increase the spring in my step?
